We are so thankful for her service as an instructor at the Yoga Loft over the years. Mimi Budnick is taking her place Monday 6:30-8 PM.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mimi Budnick &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mimi is a certified Vinyasa instructor (RYT 200), who completed her teacher training at Eyes of the World with Tom Gillette and Shannah Green. She has had a dedicated yoga practice since 2003. Both her teaching and her personal practice have benefited from the gifts of many talented teachers including Anna Forrest, Jessie Meyers-Eisendrath, Joshua Summers, and Priti Robyn Ross.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While emphasizing a connection between movement and breath, Mimi uses creative sequencing to produce a meditative flow that invites her students to grow into greater awareness of their bodies and towards a heart-opening experience.
